- Inspire and align the team with the client’s vision, mission, and values by ensuring clear communication of business objectives, fostering ownership, and driving a shared sense of purpose.
- Lead Agile & Scrum processes by facilitating sprints, tracking tasks in Jira, and ensuring smooth execution while aligning development efforts with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership by understanding and addressing development challenges, ensuring best practices, and guiding the team in making informed technical decisions
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders by translating technical discussions into clear, actionable insights for the client while managing expectations and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks early by proactively solving potential bottlenecks, communicating trade-offs to stakeholders, and ensuring project continuity.
- Continuously improve processes by refining Agile workflows, fostering a collaborative team culture, and encouraging best practices.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, successfully leading Agile software teams.
- Proven ability to optimize development workflows, drive technical decision-making, and enhance team productivity.
- Expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira tracking.
- Strong technical understanding of how to evaluate and communicate development challenges and solutions effectively.
- Experience in risk and issue management, with the ability to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
