Can Tho English Language School ( CELS ) was established early last year, we are now expanding operations to meet demand from parents and students in Can Tho city. Our mission is to help students not only accomplish English subject well at national curriculum but also speaking English fluently as second language. CELS has strategic Shareholders with strong financial ability & well-experienced in education and teaching English. The shareholders expect to build up CELS to be Top quality School in Mekong Delta and CELS will increase more Campuses so that it will speed up to take the lead in quality of studying & teaching.
In order to meet above requirements from Board of Director, CELS is looking for Candidates as follows:
1. School Manager :
1.1 Tasks& Responsibilities:
• Manage and Execute all operations of school including admission, Marketing, administration, service, teaching activities.
• Maintain and develop high standard of teaching and service
• Recruit and train foreign & local teachers
• Develop and monitor the marketing plan to ensure the school is well positioned
• Work with the Board of Directors to meet the target of Company
• Directly reporting to the Board of Directors of Cels other issues related.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with government officials, media, and partner schools to build the brand name for the school
• Build close relationship with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Organize educational or promotional events.
1.2 Requirements:
• University degree in Education, Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in education management
• Proven experience in academic and operation management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Fluent in all common office software
• Comprehensive knowledge in the education and hospitality market
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and report writing skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines.
• Other professional duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
2. Full time Foreign Teacher and Vietnamese Teacher :
2.1 Foreign Teacher
• Education: Bachelor degree holder
• Nationality: American, British, Canadian, Australian, New Zeland
• Working status: work permit and other legal papers valid
• Professional certificates: TELF, TESOL
• Teaching experience required: over 1 years
• Working contract: full-time;
• Means of transportation: self-supported
• Payment: Negotiation
2.1 Vietnamese Teacher
• Education: Bachelor degree holder
• Experienced teaching in 2 years and above
• Nice appearance and good personality
• Female teacher from 25 years old
3. Admission Consultant ( full time staff )
• Education: Bachelor degree holder in Education or related fields
• Experience in sales & marketing/education
• Understand market of learning/Teaching in Can Tho.
• Sales/Marketing skills
• Fluent in English and Computer
• Accept of Workings on shifts (night/day)
• Prepare schedule of teaching. Follow up services to make sure parents are happy with school’s service.
