1. HR Executive – Talent Sustainability
Report to: HR Manager
Role: Lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Development agenda in Can Tho Plant
Responsibility
- Responsible for implementation of recruitment and selection processes in line with SPVB policies, in order to ensure adequate staffing and people quality requirements in the short and long term. Partner with respective stakeholders to select, hire and conduct Induction, Orientation for new employees
- Implement activities to build and sustain manpower source, talent pipeline for recruitment and employer branding proposition at location
- Maintain up-to-date Organization structure, headcount planning, Role-Accountabilities-Measurement (RAM), employee movements within location, recruitment progress and report
- Responsible for planning, execution and follow up of training agenda and budget at location, including functional training and corporate training. Ensure functional training meets legal requirements and SPVB standard
- Implement SPVB core processes: Organization Health Survey, Manager Quality Performance Index, Performance Management Process, 360 degree assessment, etc. and follow up to enhance organization capability
- Assist HR Manager in activities to control and improve working environment and drive corporate culture changes: Employee Communication, Code of Conduct and Value awareness enhancement
- Performs other related duties as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in similar position in multinational environment, preferably in industrial environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Passion for working with people, excellent interpersonal skill and good teamwork spirit
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent English command (both verbal and written)
- Proactive, high adaptability and result-oriented
2. Production Executive
Report to: Production Manager
Role: Manage and control production activity of CSD/NCB line to achieve KPIs, M&W and SPVB Quality Standard while ensure full compliance to H&S, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Recon standard.
Responsibility
- Organize and supervise production activity of all CSD/NCB lines and in own shift;
- Manage and develop production workforce. Direct coaching supervisors to achieve performance standards;
- Support Production Manager to sustain and improve Production KPIs, including: Volume, Productivity, Line efficiency, Downtime, Yield Loss, Production breakage/waste, etc.
- Manage operating cost within budget: energy, water, chemicals, Overtime, outside services;
- Ensures compliance with all H&S regulations, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Recon;
- Tracking KPIs and report;
- Other duties and projects as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Technical University graduation, major in Mechanical/Electric/Automation/Food Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in current position or the same scope, preferably in Line production/ factory control in Beverage or Food plant / Milk. GMP, HACCP, 5S, H&S knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication, management, leadership and influencing skill
- Responsibility and ability to work under high pressure in a fast paced, changing work environment
- Good English and computing skill
3. QC Executive
Report to: QC Manager
Role: Manage and control quality activities to ensure overall quality of raw material, work in process and finished products in accordance with SuntoryPepsico standards
Responsibility
- Supervise and lead QC Technicians/ Supervisors to partner together to achieve individual and department goals.
- Support Quality Control Manager to sustain and improve Quality KPIs, include managing operating cost within budget: machinery/equipment/tools, chemicals, overtime, outside services
- Maintain the HACCP Plan to ensure food safety. Ensure strict GMP adherence.
- Provide on-time quality services to internal customers
- Maintain performance of the physico-chemical laboratory (sampling, testing and verification) at a satisfactory level
- Performs and documents corrective action/preventative actions (CAPA) investigations.
- Conducts compliance audits regarding documentation, inspection lines, manufacturing processes
- Responsible for internal/external audits on quality system.
- Analyze quality data to recommend quality and process improvements
- Ensures routine and non-routine QC clearance verification in manufacturing
- Ensure the compliance of safety practices during work
Requirements:
- University graduate or higher in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Food Processing/Food Technology or related majors
- At least 3 years experienced in quality control at supervisory level
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP and understanding of statistic control tools
- Customer oriented, quality driven
- Willing to learn, good teamwork
- Able to work in shift and under high pressure
- Good English and computing skill
4. Preventive Maintenance Executive
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Role: Lead preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment in Can Tho Plant to ensure overall equipment efficiency
Responsibility
- Drive Preventive Maintenance Plan by developing, monitoring and following up master preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment in plant
- Supervise and lead Maintenance Technicians/ Supervisors to partner together to achieve individual and department goals
- Ensure all necessary spare parts, equipment, services and documentation are available to perform maintenance work prior to preventive maintenance schedule
- Cost control through budget management; Assist Maintenance Manager with preparation of annual repairs and maintenance budget
- Record and support Maintenance Manager to control key KPI of Maintenance (OEE)
- Work with maintenance supervision to schedule appropriate resources to perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
- Assists in analyzing causes of machine breakdown
- Administrate computerized maintenance management system (CMMS);
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline, Mechanical is preferred
- Computer literacy, proficiency in AutoCad, CMMS knowledge is an advantage
- At least 5 years in similar position in industrial environment, with strong maintenance knowledge
- Good English skills, especially technical English
- Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage
5. Maintenance Supervisor - Automation
Report to: Maintenance Executive
Role: Lead preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment in Can Tho Plant to ensure overall equipment efficiency
Responsibility

6. Syrup Water Supervisor
Report to: Syrup Water Executive
Role: Lead

Vai trò:
1. Giám sát
- Giám sát công việc tại bộ phận
- Giám sát trực tiếp khâu pha hương, nấu đường, postmix
- Giám sát phòng xử lý nước thô, xử lý nước tinh và xử lý nước thải , pha chế syrup và xử lý đường.
- Cập nhật SOP cho phù hợp nếu có nâng cấp hoặc thay đổi thiết bị.
- Huấn luyện cho nhân viên mới vào làm.
- Giám sát việc thực hiện các chỉ tiêu chính KPI.
2. Kiểm tra
- Kiểm tra các thiết bị máy móc. Lập kế hoạch bảo trì dự phòng và triển khai phối hợp cùng bộ phận bảo trì thực hiện.
- Kiểm tra việc thực hiện nội quy lao động, ATVSTP, ATLĐ, phòng chống cháy nổ. Lập kế hoạch vệ sinh và kiểm định thiết bị định kỳ.
- PhốI hợp hoạt động với các tổ/ bộ phận liên quan, báo cáo cấp giám sát trực tiếp khi có sự cố xảy ra.
- Kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu sản xuất trong ca và làm phiếu trả nguyên vật liệu nếu không sử dụng.

4. Báo cáo công việc
- Các mẻ hương pha trong ca, số lượng giếng hoạt động
- Nhập số liệu nguyên vật liệu vào máy tính, nhập và theo dõi số liệu M&W & Oracle.
Yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Hóa thực phẩm, Công nghệ thực phẩm hoặc các ngành có liên quan
- Chấp nhận làm việc theo ca.
- Có khả năng chịu áp lực cao trong công việc.
- Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm làm trong ngành thực phẩm, nước giải khát
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Kỹ năng quản lý.
- Trình độ Tiếng Anh: nghe, nói, đọc, viết thông thạo.
