Mô tả công việc:
Job Description:
o To response and ensure the customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
o To coordinate with sales team, other departments, suppliers and other ticket centers to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met.
o To handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
o To communicate with sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information.
o To proactively share among team members on new product / system knowledge and on lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team.
o To assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to supervisor.
o To prepare Proforma invoice for Prepaid Customer, track the payment and inform to accounting Dept. to release the order to customer.
o To take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
o To provide information about products and services and respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
o Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions made in connection with his/her work.
o Prepare customs declaration papers and handle issues related to customs procedures.
o Update the status of shipments in the internal systems in a timely manner.
o Serve as point of contact for customers on Pick and pack, Inbound and Outbound shipments, Documentation, and any Logistics related issues.
o Collaborate with Development team to resolve issues or queries they may have.
o Responsible for stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and performing inventory counts.
o Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.

o Understand customers’ needs and concerns in order to be able to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible.
o Respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
o Good interpersonal skills. Be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult or angry customers.
o Able to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions.
o Customer / Supplier liaising skills.
o Import/Export regulation.
o Able to handle stock and inventory count.
